Shipping Policy

Orders generally ship within 48 hours of confirmed purchase. If there is a problem or delay with dispatching your order, you will be notified by email. Unapologenx uses USPS and UPS carrier services. Your order should arrive to you within 3-5 business days from mailing date. Tracking information will be provided upon shipping. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $7. Free shipping is available for purchases of $100 or more. *Some items are shipped from a third party. Shipping time may take longer in these instances. Refer to your tracking number for more information.

You have up to 10 days after the shipping company has confirmed receipt of your item(s) to request a return, no exceptions. We will respond to your request within 2 business days. Circumstantial requests will not be entertained. All products must be returned in its original packaging with tags and labels attached. If the product has multiple pieces, all pieces must be returned or a refund will not be issued, no matter what the condition is. If the product has been altered in any way, washed or obviously used, it will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, or any other costs, related to the return and the packaging must be comparable to how it arrived. Return to:
