Your personal information is safe with us! You only have to provide the information that you want to. Your credit card information is not stored by us and is only ever accessed again, through the payment processing company, to complete refunds or reconcile non-payments or disputes. All direct payment options offered by Unapologenx (and by association Wix.com as this is our platform provider) and used by our company abide by the standards of PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Here's the deal- We collect and store the information you enter on our website, or provide us in any other way, in order to:

If you have elected to create an account with Unapologenx, you can edit your account information at any time. However, currently, you do not have the ability to delete your account. This is not up to us, as we are bound by the capabilities of the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. If you would like your account deleted, you will need to contact melissa@unapologenx.com and we will gladly do this for you, providing written verification upon completion.
We will not sell your personal information for any reason. That's a pretty crappy thing to do! In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), applicable to California residents only, you have the ability to use the "Do not sell my personal information" link located in the footer of every page on this site. ​Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to request:
- that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
- that a business deletes any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
- that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

As is standard practice, we use log files to analyze the statistical data of our visitors. The information collected by log files include IP addresses, ISP, date and time stamps and general page click information. There is no personal information collected in these files. This information is used solely to enhance and improve Unapologenx and unapologenx.com.
